Administrative Assistant – Wright Technical Center - Buffalo, MN
Wright Technical Center is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and Principal for the 2025-26 school year. This role is essential to daily operations and requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
- Organize school board meetings and record minutes
- Manage substitute teacher scheduling
- Maintain student registration, records, attendance, and progress reports
- Coordinate the annual Career Fair
- Communicate with members schools counselors, principals, and district offices
- Assist teachers and ensure staff and students have necessary resources
- Perform general office tasks, including mailings and data entry
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in office administration, customer service, or data management
- School office experience and knowledge of Student Information Systems preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite and office equipment
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Position Details:
- Start Date: As soon as practicable
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (12-month position)
- Benefits: Comprehensive district benefit package available.
- Compensation: $19.00 - $21.72/Hour - Based on Experience

Wright Technical Center (WTC) in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Math Instructor to join our teaching team for the 2025-26 school year. Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license in Mathematics or be eligible to obtain one.
